Raw heart is a muscular organ and should be fed as lean muscle meat in raw diets. Suitable for all breeds, ages and sizes of cats and dogs, chicken hearts are rich in a variety of nutrients including folate, pantothenic acid, phosphorous, copper, riboflavin, vitamin B12, iron, taurine and zinc. These are all essential nutrients which contribute to many different functions in the body. They also contain quality protein and are naturally lean, making them a great choice for supporting canine and feline health.

Feed 2-3% of the dog’s or cat's ideal body weight per day, ideally spread over two meals. We recommend a feeding any dogs over the age of 6 months twice a day. Depending on the breed and the age of your puppy, they can move to adult ratios, larger puppies can move over sooner, but still feed puppy rations until they are fully grown. Cats prefer their food very fresh and warm. Kittens should be fed 5-6% of their growing body weight. We recommend a feeding any cats over the age of 6 months twice a day. We recommend feeding 5-6% until fully grown.
