      Hold dropper above ear and fill ear canal with Clean Ears. Massage base of ear to beak up wax buildup.

      WARNING: Never insert any object into ear canal. Not recommended for use on cats.

      Organic Aloe: derived from the aloe plant, aloe naturally soothes irritated skin. We use it in our Clean Ears, Hot Spot Relief Stick, Nose & Paw Moisturizer, and Nose & Wrinkles Balm.

      Organic Beeswax: a natural occlusive*, which means it forms a protective barrier that locks in moisture and protects the skin. This protective barrier works in tandem with beeswax's humectant properties, which draws moisture to the skin. It is used in kin+kind’s Hot Spot and Nose & Paw sticks, as well as our Nose & Wrinkles Balm.

      Organic Coconut Oil: a natural occlusive* that captures moisture in the skin and used in our Hot Spot Relief Stick and Nose & Wrinkles Balm.

      Organic Jojoba Oil: made from the seed of the jojoba bush. Jojoba is a natural occlusive* that locks in moisture. It is used in our Nose & Paw Moisturizer and Nose & Wrinkles Balm.

      Organic Shea Butter: extracted from the nut of the shea tree, this oil is a natural occlusive* used in our Nose & Paw Moisturizer and Nose & Wrinkles Balm.

      Organic Purified Soapbark Wood Extract: a natural emulsifier that keeps the Clean Ears ingredients combined.

      Organic Tea Tree Oil: a natural cleanser commonly used as an antiseptic. kin+kind’s Hot Spot Relief Stick and Clean Ears use tea tree oil in low concentration to prevent toxicity even if accidentally ingested. Products containing tea tree oil are not recommended for use on cats due to their increased sensitivity.

      Organic Witch Hazel: a natural cleanser in kin+kind Clean Ears, used in lieu of alcohol that can dry and irritate.

      * Moisturizing ingredients are generally occlusives, which means they form protective barriers that lock in moisture; or humectants, which means they draw moisture to the skin and coat.

      It's very important to us that fresh and raw feeding is convenient as possible. That's why having weekly deliveries makes it more affordable for our customers.

           What Happens When I've Placed My Order?

          • Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
          • We will then pick your order and have it ready for your delivery day (which you can see below).
          • The day of delivery you will receive an email or text with shipping confirmation.
          • Please be in to take your delivery. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on how to pick it up.

          Carnés Natural Delivery

          Carnés Delivery - Point to Door (P2D)

          Wanting to ensure the high quality of our raw food products and make sure that there is no temperature of even packaging damage, we DO NOT deliver in ice cooler bags or via courier. Carnés Natural deliveries will be made in one of our temperature controlled vehicle’s ALWAYS at -15°C to your door.

          Delivery days are city dependant. For deliveries we need a full working day before the order is processed and we use a route planner which calculates the most efficient route for us. This means:

          Monday:

          Nicosia District

          Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Sunday.

          Wednesday: 

          Larnaca - Famagusta District 

          Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Monday.

          Thursday:

          Limassol - Paphos District
          
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Tuesday.

          Friday:

          Nicosia District 

          Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Wednesday.

          Knowing that everyone's schedules are different and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to order, we created three Time Zones for our deliveries.

          The costs for GAP Akis Express delivery are based on a package up to 5kg. Packages more than 5kg will be charge extra €1.00 per kilo.

          We reserve the right to hold onto to orders if needed due to weather, or waiting for stock to arrive.


          Bank Holidays

          A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on bank holidays. In these cases, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

          We stand behind our products 100%! We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@carnesnatural.com or 700-888-66 with details of the product and the defect.

          Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

          - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
          - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.

            Refunds (if applicable) 

            Refunds are only made on a Gift Card. Once your return has been received and inspectedwe will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the corresponding amount will be credited to a Gift Card with an expiry date of three months from the date of issue, and will be sent to you by email.

            Exchanges (if applicable)

            You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

            Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

            If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
