Rich in essential vitamins, minerals and fibre, Frozzy's® is a healthy frozen yogurt treat for dogs. Made in the UK and packed full of carefully selected nutritionally beneficial ingredients, Frozzy's are available in five lickable flavors - blueberry, cranberry, original, peach and strawberry - all of which are lactose-free, low-calorie, and suitable for all dogs and puppies.

All Frozzy's flavours contain the following nutritionally beneficial ingredients:

  • Niacin: Helps energy metabolism and maintenance of skin, nerves and hair.
  • Vitamin A: Necessary for reproduction, normal skeletal and tooth development, vision, immunity and tissue integrity.
  • Vitamin B1: Required for metabolising protein and carbohydrates, also helps maintain a normal nervous system.
  • Vitamin B2: Aids in tissue repair and necessary for healthy function of the nervous system, energy utilisation, healthy skin and coat.
  • Vitamin B6 & B12: Required for the formation of red blood cells.
  • Pantothenic Acid: Necessary for normal intestinal function, growth and coat colour.
  • Vitamin K1: Aids digestion of coumarin-based compounds.

Directions for usage

Lickable – straight from the tub! One 85g frozen yogurt per day.

Do not leave your dog unattended with any treat.They do not constitute full meals but simply nutritional supplements. Store at -18˚C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

It's very important to us that fresh and raw feeding is convenient as possible. That's why having weekly deliveries makes it more affordable for our customers.

    There are three options for picking up your products, which our system preselect depending on the type of products you want to order:

       What Happens When I've Placed My Order?

      • Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
      • We will then pick your order and have it ready for your delivery day (which you can see below).
      • The day of delivery you will receive an email or text with shipping confirmation.
      • Please be in to take your delivery. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on how to pick it up.

      Your order is shipped with GAP Akis Express to one of the 100 GAP Akis Express locations. The point selection is determined based on the closest point to the postal code you stated.       Carnés Natural Delivery

      Carnés Delivery - Point to Door (P2D)

      Wanting to ensure the high quality of our raw food products and make sure that there is no temperature of even packaging damage, we DO NOT deliver in ice cooler bags or via courier. Carnés Natural deliveries will be made in one of our temperature controlled vehicle’s ALWAYS at -15°C to your door.

      Delivery days are city dependant. For deliveries we need a full working day before the order is processed and we use a route planner which calculates the most efficient route for us. This means:

      Monday:

      Nicosia District

      Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Sunday.

      Wednesday: 

      Larnaca - Famagusta District 

      Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Monday.

      Thursday:

      Limassol - Paphos District
      
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Tuesday.

      Friday:

      Nicosia District 

      Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Wednesday.

      Knowing that everyone's schedules are different and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to order, we created three Time Zones for our deliveries.

      Time Zone 1: 11:00 - 14:00
      Time Zone 2: 14:00 - 17:00
      Time Zone 3: 17:00 - 19:00

      The costs for GAP Akis Express delivery are based on a package up to 5kg. Packages more than 5kg will be charge extra €1.00 per kilo.

      We reserve the right to hold onto to orders if needed due to weather, or waiting for stock to arrive.


      Bank Holidays

      A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on bank holidays. In these cases, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

      We stand behind our products 100%! We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@carnesnatural.com or 700-888-66 with details of the product and the defect.

      Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

      - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.

        Refunds (if applicable) 

        Refunds are only made on a Gift Card. Once your return has been received and inspectedwe will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the corresponding amount will be credited to a Gift Card with an expiry date of three months from the date of issue, and will be sent to you by email.

        Exchanges (if applicable)

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
