Apply from head to tail. Massage deeply to ensure skin and coat are completely lathered. Rinse well. Repeat as needed. Use with kind+kind conditioner for best results. Conditioner softens, moisturises, and restores shine to coats.

At kin+kind, we carefully select each of our coat grooming ingredients to ensure our products are good for your pets and the planet. Our shampoos, conditioners, and waterless baths are formulated with natural and organic components to deeply moisturize itchy dogs and cats without stripping them of their natural oils.
Essential Oils: sourced from the United States, Australia, India, and Europe for natural fragrance.
Caprylhydroxamic Acid: a gentle preservative derived from coconut oil.
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: also known as coconut cleanser, cocamidopropyl betaine is used as a surfactant in our Kin Organics line. A surfactant, which reduces surface tension, plays many roles including emulsifier and cleaning aide.
Colloidal Oatmeal: a natural moisturizer made when oatmeal is finely ground and then suspended in liquid. Oatmeal itself has been utilized for centuries for it’s skin softening properties.
Glycerin: glycerin is a natural humectant that draws moisture to the skin and coat. Ours is produced naturally in the saponification of our coconut and olive oils.
Glyceryl Caprylate: generally recognized as safe to add to food by the FDA, and made from coconut and palm oil, glyceryl caprylate is also used in shampoo, conditioners, and cosmetics as a moisturizing agent and emulsifier.
Hydroxyethylcellulose: a stabilizer and thickener derived from cellulose, an organic compound known as the structural building blocks of plants.
Organic Aloe Water: good ol’ H20 infused with organic aloe.
Potassium Citrate: a natural salt derived from the acid of citrus fruits. It is used to keep the pH level of our soaps perfect for your pets.
Saponified Organic Olive Oil and Organic Coconut Oil: saponification is the transformation of oil into soap. We use organic oils for an all-natural and gentle base to our shampoos. Oil based soaps form a protective layer that traps moisture in the skin and coat.
Soapbark: a natural emulsifier made from tree bark to keep our shampoo ingredients blended evenly.
It's very important to us that fresh and raw feeding is convenient as possible. That's why having weekly deliveries makes it more affordable for our customers.

What Happens When I've Placed My Order?
- Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- We will then pick your order and have it ready for your delivery day (which you can see below).
- The day of delivery you will receive an email or text with shipping confirmation.
- Please be in to take your delivery. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a note with instructions on how to pick it up.

Wanting to ensure the high quality of our raw food products and make sure that there is no temperature of even packaging damage, we DO NOT deliver in ice cooler bags or via courier. Carnés Natural deliveries will be made in one of our temperature controlled vehicle’s ALWAYS at -15°C to your door.
Delivery days are city dependant. For deliveries we need a full working day before the order is processed and we use a route planner which calculates the most efficient route for us. This means:
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Sunday.
Larnaca - Famagusta District
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Monday.
Limassol - Paphos District
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Tuesday.
Orders have to be placed before 6PM on Wednesday.

The costs for GAP Akis Express delivery are based on a package up to 5kg. Packages more than 5kg will be charge extra €1.00 per kilo.
We reserve the right to hold onto to orders if needed due to weather, or waiting for stock to arrive.
A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on bank holidays. In these cases, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

We stand behind our products 100%! We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com or 700-888-66 with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or phone, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only made on a Gift Card. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the corresponding amount will be credited to a Gift Card with an expiry date of three months from the date of issue, and will be sent to you by email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
