How to cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your Monthly or Annual Subscription with us, you need to cancel at least 2 days before the next payment is due to be collected, to avoid the renewal of your subscription for the following month or year. Please note that the subscription fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Terms of service

  1. To qualify for the Human & Pets Family Club, an email account and Credit/Debit Card are required. Cash payments (In-store) are not accepted.
  2. After completing Signup, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your subscription has started. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that your subscription has been paid and started.
  3. The subscription plan to our Service consists of an initial charge and then followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Subscription refunds for cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
  4. By subscribing to our Service you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until canceled by you, on the subscription terms set out in the application form you have completed. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged for any cancellation. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.
  • Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
  • Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: After your successful signup, you will be charged for the current billing cycle. Following this, your Monthly Subscription fee will be automatically processed by Human & Pets in the next billing cycle. Your Monthly Subscription fee will be processed automatically by Human & Pets every month at the current Monthly Subscription rate until you decide to cancel your subscription.
  • Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
  • Automatic Annual Renewal Terms: After your successful signup, you will be charged for the current billing cycle. Following this, your Annual Subscription fee will be automatically processed by Human & Pets in the next billing cycle. Your Annual Subscription fee will be processed automatically by Human & Pets every year at the current Annual Subscription rate until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Subscription Payments

  1. We will notify you 5 days before the renewal fee is billed for the current billing cycle.
  2. In case of unsuccessful payment, our system will attempt to retry three (3) times within six days, with one (1) attempt made every two (2) days. If the final retry attempt fails then it will cancel your subscription automatically.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel your Monthly or Annual Subscription with us, you need to cancel at least 3 days before the next payment is due to be collected, to avoid the renewal of your subscription for the following month or year. Please note that the subscription fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  2. To cancel your subscription, please visit the Human & Pets Family Club page on our website. There, you'll find a "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION" button. Click on it and fill out the cancellation form. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@humanandpets.com or call us at +357 22262121. We'll take care of your cancellation request promptly.
  3. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
